Helped the Laker wrestling team coached by Terry Riser to an 8th place finish at state
Participated in wrestling, football, cross country, and track
Attended Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne and Purdue University
Went 10 – 0 at Purdue in wrestling
Honorably discharged from the armed services
Lives in Pardeeville, WI and has two sons a stepdaughter and 6 grandchildren
Owns his own fencing company
