Earned 10 varsity letters while at Lakeland: two in volleyball, four in basketball, and four in softball.
- On the basketball court, played starting guard for three conference championship teams from 1995-1997, two conference tournament championship teams in 1995 and 1997, and two sectional championship teams in 1994 and 1996.
- On the softball diamond, played starting shortstop for Laker teams that won the 1994 conference tournament championship and the 1994 and 1997 sectional championships.
- Named All-Conference and All-Area in basketball and softball for three consecutive years, from 1995-1997.
- Continued her basketball career at St. Francis College where she started all four years and helped lead the team to four straight conference championships.
- In 2000, her St. Francis Cougars ended the season ranked #1 in the nation and advanced to the Final Four in the NAIA national tournament.
- A member of the Saint Francis Athletic Hall of Fame and the St. Francis 1000-point club.
- Graduated from St. Francis in 2001 with a degree in business and earned her MBA in 2005.
- Resides in Fort Wayne where she’s been a realtor with Noll Team Real Estate for over 10 years.
- Married to her college sweetheart, Seth, a Director of Sales for Sports at Zimmer-Biomet
- Seth and Charity share two sons, Carter and Cooper.
