Jeremy Cook is a 1991 graduate from Lakeland High School. During his time with Lakeland, he was an outstanding baseball player for the Lakers. He was selected to the NECC All-Conference Team 3 times, while also being selected to the KPC News-Sun All Area team in 1990. In 1991, Jeremy was named the KPC News-Sun Prep of the year in baseball after an incredible senior season.
During his time on the mound for Lakeland, Jeremy led the Lakers to 3 IHSAA Sectional Championships! He had a career record of 19 wins, 13 losses, had an earned run average of 1.92, while recording 330 strikeouts in his career!
On April 17, 1991, Jeremy struck out 20 batters in 7 innings against the Hamilton Marines!
After his career with Lakeland, Jeremy went on to play baseball for 4 years on a baseball scholarship at Purdue University! BOILER UP!
Jeremy currently lives in Texas with his wife and 3 sons, while coaching youth baseball, basketball, and the high school fishing team!
